American Apparel tees are slim fit. Compared to the average tee, they are snug. If you like your tees to fit a little loose, consider ordering a size larger than what you would normally wear in order to get a comfortable fit. How should I care for my tee? Wash your shirt in COLD water, tumble dry low heat. American Apparel tees are slim fit, so consider ordering a size larger than what you would normally wear if you like your tees a little loose. What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Do you ship Internationally? Yes! In addition to the United States, we ship to the following countries and territories (subject to change): Canada, Mexico, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Philippines, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, and the United Kingdom. If you reside in a country not listed here and want to purchase a shirt, drop us a line and we'll see what we can do. How is my order shipped? We ship via the United States Postal Service in order to keep your shipping costs low. Your order is shipped USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority International. How long will it take to receive my order? Orders are processed in 2-3 business days, and will normally ship in 2-3 business days after that. Orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail which normally takes 2-3 days for delivery. So... you should receive your order within 10 days (but probably sooner). You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. For International orders, delivery may take 2-5 weeks, depending on which country and their customs regulations. If the shirt you ordered is back ordered, we will immediately notify you. What will shipping cost? All orders are shipped USPS Priority (U.S.) or USPS International Priority (Canada, Mexico, and International). Orders shipped within U.S.: $5 Order totals over $60: FREE Canada and Mexico: $12 Order totals over $80: FREE International: $15 Order totals over $120: FREE Do you charge sales tax? No. Unless you live in sunny California, that is, in which case you will be charged sales tax on your order. Sorry, it's the law! Why did I have to pay a customs fee when I picked up my order? Some countries charge fees for packages delivered from the USA. True-Tees.com is not responsible for customs or other import fees that International countries may levy on arrival of your package. Check and see if you will be charged fees for an incoming package from the USA before you order. I haven't received my package yet. What's the deal? First, see "How long will it take to receive my order" above. If you haven't received your order within the time allowed as described, then let us know asap! Provide us with the details: your name and order number. I placed an order but it was cancelled. What happened? Our secure ordering system requires that your billing address matches the credit card number you provided. Make sure you provide the accurate information when filling out your order. What is your return policy? Can I exchange my shirt? All T-shirt purchases are non-refundable. If you are not 100% satisfied with your T-shirt when you receive it, please email us within 10 days of receipt and we will exchange it for another shirt free of charge. True-Tees.com allows one exchange per order. You will be responsible for the return shipping but we will pay for shipping the exchange T-shirt back to you. We will not ship the new T-shirt until we receive the one you are exchanging. It must be in original condition (unwashed, unworn) and must be received within 30 days of your original order. We will not accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day period. All sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable. If we made a mistake with your order and shipped you the wrong T-shirt or the T-shirt is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the shirt back to us and the cost of shipping you a replacement. Is your website secure? Yes. For your protection, True-Tees.com does not store your credit card information at any time. We never share any of your information with third parties.
